Production Power Buy-out

In October 2008 Concert Lighting Ltd bought out leading event power provider Production Power Ltd.

ConcertManaging Director Johnny Palmer says "Concerthas always been quite good on power distro, but the purchase of Production Power's stock makes us one of the largest providers of event power services in the UK."

Concertacquired many kilometres of 63-amp three-phase, 32-amp three-phase, 125-amp three-phase, Powelok, 16amp cable. Over 30 additional distribution boards have now been added to the Concertpower stock.

Concertpurchased Production Power Ltd on an "asset and goodwill" basis. The legal entity of Production Power Ltd is neither the property, responsibility, or liability of Concert Lighting Ltd or any of its subsidaries or directors.

Production Power Ltd traded as Production Power Oxford and was run by Liam Kelly. The company previously provided their services to events such as the Rose Tree Jam, The Sanctuary Festival.

They also provided a complete range of generators, power equipment hire, dry hire, and site services
